A: The fully padded and ergonomic carrying system with standard chest strap may be individually adapted to each user. The well-designed carrying system ensures a pleasant clearance between your back and the backpack vacuum cleaner.

Q: Does this machine include a battery pack and charger?
A: The 36V Cordless Vacuum Cleaner does not include battery pack and charger. It is specifically designed for the DeWALT 20V Max battery system. If you already have Dewalt  tools, then there's no need for additional purchases of batteries and chargers.

Q: Where can I buy replacement filters for the vacuum cleaner?
A: The matching filters can be purchased on the same website with link.
 The corresponding product. Please note that it cannot use the Dewalt filters.

Q: Where are the four attachments of the vacuum cleaner located?
A: Two of the vacuum cleaner's attachments are stored inside the machine, and the other two attachments are mounted on the machine.
